Significant Lease Rate Reductions Announced for Industrial and Commercial Zones

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in partnership with Manateq, has unveiled substantial reductions in leasing rates for industrial, logistics, and commercial zones. These cuts, reaching up to 50%, will be applied for a five-year period and are projected to benefit over 4,000 investors. Specifically, industrial zones will see rates decrease from QR10/sqm/year to QR5/sqm/year, logistics parks from QR20/sqm/year to QR15/sqm/year, and commercial plots from QR100/sqm/year to QR50/sqm/year. This initiative underscores the commitment of MoCI and Manateq to fostering national economic growth, empowering the private sector, and encouraging entrepreneurship and investment in high-value sectors.
