The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MOEHE) has launched two summer centers to facilitate student registration and transportation for public schools ahead of the 2025–2026 academic year. These centers aim to reduce congestion, improve service efficiency, and ensure students are ready from the first day of school.
Located at Al Ahnaf Bin Qais Preparatory School for Boys (men’s center) and Ahmad Mansour Primary School for Boys (women’s center), the centers operate Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Services include electronic application processing, document verification, transportation arrangements, and admission tests for non-Arabic-speaking students.
Staffed by specialized teams and supported by digital systems, the centers offer a streamlined experience for parents. MOEHE is also using the “Maaref” portal to schedule appointments and plans to launch a satisfaction survey and awareness campaign to promote the initiative.
